All the homes we ever built have been custom. We've never built the same home twice, so the word custom is only included to clarify for those visiting the first time. After you look at the variety of styles, materials, shapes and sizes it should hopefully be clear we can build anything you want. This is just a sampling of various types of homes we have built.

| We built the original home for these folks in 2003 and were invited back to add the garage, outside kitchen, pool, retaining walls, etc. Home has a 10,000 KWH photovoltaic generating system. |

Kip understands that building a home is a very significant undertaking for his client, and is sensitive to what may really be insignificant concerns, and listens anyway. Questions and concerns were answered quickly and professionally, no matter how small those questions and concerns were.

From our beginning in 1988, all the homes we've built plus the remodeling experience makes our team more experienced and knowledgeable about all phases and types of construction, and that's a real benefit for our clients.

We have so many years experience, many of our houses are pre-digital photography, so although the clarity may not be as good, you get an idea of what we've built.
We have always built with an eye towards creating energy efficient and low maintenance homes. We were simply doing what made the most sense and now they call it "Green". I guess we were green long before they had a name for it.

TWO DIFFERENT VIEWS OF HOUSES
There is one school of thought which views the lowest price, as the only one for them. If you're of that mind set, you won't want to read any more.
On the other hand, there are those of us who think a job should be done right the first time. We realize in the long run this is the best thing to do for several reasons: We won't have to spend more time to address the same issue repeatedly (haven't got enough time now) and, in most cases, just a little extra time and money spent now is the least expensive in the long run.

RED FLAG
A long time ago, we learned when someone in this business said this is the cheapest way to do something it was a red flag. It usually meant it would not last, was poorly done and a temporary solution.
