Team work
Although we designed the remodeled fireplace on the left, which replaces 40+ year old beige bricks, the product is the result of teamwork including carpenters, painters, electricians, plasters, granite and tile technicians, an A/V crew and a special client's trust in our team.
The bathroom above, was envisioned by an obviously talented local designer, who invited us to join her and her client, also creating a team.

Every Remodeler is builder, but not every builder is a Remodeler
Compared to the knowledge it takes to build basic remodeling projects, building a new home on a concrete slab is relatively easy. That's part of what we mean with the statement

You must be better than the average new home builder to successfully remodel existing homes. It takes a lot more of everything you look for-more planning, more experience, more study, more knowledge of construction techniques from the past, as well as the present, to successfully create remodeling projects of which one can be proud.
We've built millions of dollars worth of remodeling projects over the years. These projects were chosen for several reasons; to show our skills and also to show our serious commitment to a final product which looks like it's always been there.
This is our 22nd anniversary as a Contractor and because of our wealth of experience, and the vast number of projects we've completed over the years, we've separated them into categories. Please look at the type of project you're considering or review all of them.
We'll be adding more categories, like additions, whole house remodel projects, etc., as time allows. Just like all these projects, we built this website, to replace one someone did for us years ago. And like this website, the pictures are something we actually built, and many times designed, not a stock picture of someone else's work
